Email Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Strategist to join our team. As an Email Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies centered on reaching a targeted audience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing high-volume email marketing campaigns across multiple systems and email platforms.
  • Driving the creation and execution of A/B tests across various channels to determine the most effective strategies for user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Creating engaging, brand-aligned messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition of products while being sensitive to the emotions of the target audience.
  • Maintaining subscriber data integrity, focusing on segmentation and list hygiene for optimal campaign results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in building and launching high-volume email campaigns from scratch, with a focus on empathy and conversion.
  • Proven experience across a variety of email marketing and automation platforms.
  • Growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating).
  • Basic HTML and Salesforce experience required.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and strong attention to detail.
