Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Cloud Strategist to help clients unlock the full potential of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and drive customer engagement and business success.

About the Role:
  • You will excel at translating complex marketing and business requirements into scalable and effective Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Your deep understanding of Marketing Cloud's capabilities, automation, and data-driven marketing strategies makes you a trusted advisor.

Working closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams, you will design, implement, and optimise marketing automation strategies that deliver meaningful customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Briefs are reviewed for existing processes, systems, documentation, and best practices.
  2. User requirements capture specific test scripts and use cases to ensure seamless integration.
  3. Solution design contributions alongside Solution Architects and team members to meet business objectives.
  4. Mapped requirements to capabilities leveraging standard features to maximise ROI.
  5. End-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations lead, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.
  6. System configuration and customisation according to industry standards and best practices.
  7. Conduct user training sessions and promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud features to improve overall efficiency.
  8. Automated marketing campaigns developed using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio to enhance customer engagement.
  9. Data gathering for business requirements definition and document mapping per requirement to ensure accuracy.
  10. Project estimate input for declarative system design parts to ensure realistic timelines.
  11. Identify different use cases and test scripts per captured user requirements to ensure comprehensive testing.
  12. SF Solution design implementation managed to meet business objectives and KPIs.
  13. System configuration groundwork performed as specified by an architect or lead designer to ensure quality.
  14. Advice provided for improvement according to design objectives to continuously enhance the solution.
  15. Testing, training, and documentation efforts participation to ensure successful project delivery.
  16. Hypercare support participation for end-user assistance to provide ongoing support.
  17. Latest Marketing Cloud features and industry trends monitoring for innovative client solutions and stay ahead in the market.
