As a Finance Analyst, you will play a critical part in supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team and other business stakeholders by providing insightful analysis and corporate reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Maintain and update various weekly and monthly reports, communicating results and analysis to department heads promptly. Conduct a weekly analysis of overhead costs and assist with ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Process Improvement: Automate and streamline reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with business goals. This role involves supporting month-end processes, preparing IT accruals, and organizing monthly meetings based on the FP&A calendar, as well as providing general support to the APAC finance team as needed.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in financial planning and analytics/business partnering finance in large local and multinational companies or a related field. A bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or equivalent is required, along with at least 4 years of experience in a related function.

The successful candidate will possess advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SAP, with a strong ability to analyze finance data on internal systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
