
Sales Client Growth Specialist

The Account Manager oversees sales activities and develops relationships with clients. He/she is responsible for managing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and generating new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts various sales activities such as prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities, and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota.
- Maintains quality client relations with existing clients while developing new accounts and sets sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategies.
- Communicates with client/s at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries.
- Generates innovative ideas to support clients and boost brand awareness.
- Manages multiple accounts; develops positive working relationships with all customer touch points.
- Drives client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction.
- Utilizes client feedback to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent.
Experience:
- With at least 2 years of experience in sales or selling IT products, solutions, services.
- Exposed in Account and Relationship Management.
- Knowledge in Business Development or in Sales and Technical Operations.
- With above-average desktop skills (i.e., MS Office especially PowerPoint).
- With strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure.
- Must be amenable to work in Marikina.
