Job Description:- Oversee daily sales operations and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance sales performance and develop new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in a sales director or equivalent leadership role within the real estate industry.
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales leadership, team management, and strategic planning.
