
Regional Sales and Growth Manager

What sets you apart in a competitive market?
- Drive business growth by effectively managing leads below $25,000 across various service channels.
- Average 150 phone calls weekly to renew sales and capture new opportunities, leading to non-concurrent revenue growth.
- Serve as a backup for Incident Management, ensuring continuity of operations during peak periods, and provide support with data analysis and reporting.
- Play a pivotal role in promoting product lines and service offerings to drive marketing strategy success.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and collaborate with non-service partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Focus on increasing NAM Renewal and Capture Rate while driving non-concurrent revenue growth in the region.
- Receive assignments from local and North American managers, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any 4-year program
- At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of Schneider Electric portfolio; strong customer relations in Manufacturing are a plus
- Excellent English communication and interaction skills
- Prior experience in Services and recurring maintenance contracts is a significant differentiator
- Digital savvy with knowledge of MS Office applications
