Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the launch of a new luxury wellness retreat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the luxury wellness retreat project, focusing on building brand awareness and generating qualified leads from international markets.
  • Create and manage online marketing campaigns across social media platforms to drive sales of off-plan villas.
  • Build and grow a strong social media presence by creating engaging content, including optimized Reels, stories, and posts.
  • Establish a structured funnel and lead qualification system to filter for serious investors and villa buyers.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports on social media and campaign metrics.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in real estate marketing with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Strong foundation in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Ability to independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
