Job Title: Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Process Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient freight forwarding operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of CargoWise One and possess strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and verify Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
  • Update job information in a timely manner
  • Register shipments and consolidations accurately
  • Update Order Track Report regularly
  • Send worksheets as required
  • Process transshipments efficiently
  • Monitor and chase commercial documents files
  • Post invoices promptly
  • Lodge Sea Cargo Automation data correctly
  • Upload Telex HBL/MBL documents
  • Send arrival notices on time
  • Prepare and send LCL manifests
  • Create new organizations
  • Document EDI and Incoterms knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Incoterms
  • Familiarity with CargoWise or similar systems
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a freight or brokerage firm
  • Excellent data entry skills within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Effective communication skills in email, chat, and online meetings
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and handling freight documents
