Job Opportunity: Data Operations Specialist

As a forward-thinking organization, we are seeking a skilled Data Operations professional to play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day activities across multiple functions.

  • Create and manage engaging content for social media, blogs, and our website, ensuring optimal SEO results.
  • Develop compelling LinkedIn and Instagram content to enhance brand visibility and attract top talent.
  • Edit presentation decks and videos for sales and internal use, leveraging Canva and light video tools.
  • Oversee lead tracking and CRM data integrity, ensuring seamless interactions with customers and prospects.
  • Assist in preparing sales materials, pre-call briefs, and follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate scheduling and sales touchpoints to drive business growth.
  • Manage invoice tracking, follow up on outstanding payments, and conduct vendor research as needed.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc research, documentation, and system tasks across the team.
  • Monitor databases and business dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in documentation, SOP development, and business writing projects to drive operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, marketing, or administrative roles.
  • Previous experience working at a startup or in a fast-paced environment is highly valued.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Proficiency in Canva and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.
  • Willingness to work within U.S. Eastern time zone hours.
Bonus Requirements:
  • Background in healthcare, healthtech, or pharmacy operations is a plus.
  • Experience with content writing, SEO, or social media strategy would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or basic business analytics is an asset.
  • Light video editing or design experience is a desirable skill.
