Logistics Coordinator

Daily, we facilitate the movement of millions of eggs by leveraging our extensive supply chain networks. Our team connects sellers and buyers in fair market negotiations, providing opportunities for expanding knowledge, reach, and access.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Update records in our database.
  • Foster communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to facilitate deliveries and resolve issues.
  • Monitor shipments to identify causes of delays and implement corrective measures.
  • Utilize logistics management software to track shipments and delivery schedules.
  • Support logistical planning and implementation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Familiarize yourself with customer and supplier preferences.
  • Assist with special projects and reports as requested by management.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Flexibility to work weekends in Pacific Standard Time zone.
