Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Expansion Manager in San Fernando, with some work from home acceptable. The Agency Expansion Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the agency force expansion, recruitment of candidate financial advisors, conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and developing sales strategies. The role involves team management, overseeing recruitment efforts, and driving sales performance to meet company targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Market Research
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in Team Management and Sales
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
