Sales and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for generating order income and revenue from new and existing medium and small customers through customer visits, industry events, or outbound calls.
You will be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets, executing customer visits and/or visits of industry events, and identifying solutions for customer needs with the involvement of Subject Matter Experts.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets by generating order income and revenue from new and existing large, medium, and small customers.
- Executing customer visits and/or visits of industry events and contacting customers mainly through outbound calls.
- Identifying solutions for customer needs, if necessary, with the involvement of Subject Matter Experts.
- Converting assigned sales leads generated by e.g., marketing or other channels. Acquiring new customers.
- Maintaining/growing customer loyalty and ring-fencing critical business through regular customer interaction and visits.
You will also be responsible for documenting all activities in the relevant TR IT tools (e.g., Salesforce) and ensuring the on-time delivery, quality, and follow-up of the quotation according to customer needs.
