Job Title: Executive Assistant for a Top-Producing Real Estate Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and disseminate monthly newsletters, automated email campaigns, and website updates.
  • Organize and manage large databases of leads by tagging, updating, and cleaning contact information.
  • Verify and validate lead data to ensure accuracy.
  • Nurture leads through SMS, email, and follow-up communications.
  • Provide daily end-of-day reports to the real estate professional.
Administrative Support:
  • Assist with buyer and seller presentations utilizing tools like Asana and GSuite.
  • Maintain systems, standard operating procedures, and basic financial tracking protocols.
  • Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting a real estate professional, preferably in the Keller Williams (KW) network, is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in social media and CRM tools is required.
  • Tech-savviness, attention to detail, and self-motivation are essential qualities.
  • Flexibility in working Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours is necessary.
