We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results-driven solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to partner with global leaders, leveraging their expertise to create value-added experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with the ability to navigate complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders. They will be responsible for aligning programs, providing tactical production support, improving critical processes, and interacting with clients/stakeholders to assess and solve health risk drivers.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients and facilitate timely resolution of issues. The successful candidate will also have experience with process optimization, program management, customer support strategy, or quality assurance, as well as 5-7 years of related experience in sales, presales, or sales training.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to assess and identify client health risk drivers, propose corrective action plans.
- Developing and maintaining strategic roadmaps to drive customer retention and expansion.
- Planning and leading high-impact initiatives to improve scaled sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuously assessing operational risks and leveraging operational understanding of client/stakeholder processes to develop and implement corrective actions globally.
- Building a culture of globally consistent best practices through continuous improvement by collecting feedback, evaluating efficiencies, and recommending changes to optimize sales delivery.
- Leveraging strong interpersonal skills to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.
- Acting as client champion and facilitating timely resolution of client issues, leveraging resources across the company as needed.
- Leading expansion and efficiency projects, including change requests.
- Overseeing development and maintenance of knowledge assets to promote repeatability and rapid adoption of best practices.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Proficient experience managing mildly complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders, driven by data insights.
- Self-motivated with a strong vision-setting, strategic problem-solving, and action-driving mindset.
- Developing persuasive written and verbal communication skills across diverse teams.
- Experience with process optimization, program management, customer support strategy, or quality assurance.
- 5-7 years of related experience in sales, presales, or sales training.
- Decision-making, consensus-building, and conflict management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, be customer-facing, and stay organized.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize initiatives based on ROI and impact.
- At least 2 years in a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Project Manager, or Program Manager role.
