Operations Manager

Lead the warehouse operations team in achieving exceptional performance by overseeing overall warehouse activities, ensuring strategic management aligns with company objectives and vision.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic initiatives through data-driven analytics.
  • Manage various analytical tasks including cost optimization, delivery and returns performance, forecasts, solution feasibility, and more.
  • Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for inbound new inventory, reverse logistics, warehouse inventory, outbound, and maintenance operations.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
  • Comply with warehousing and handling best practices.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership skills with strong analytical expertise to properly assess data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Detailed knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouses.
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
  • Strong problem-solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Must be willing to relocate to Plaridel Bulacan.
