Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring accurate inventory control, and implementing processes to improve productivity and efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement warehouse policies and procedures
  • Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
