Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues using industry-leading tools and resources.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM, with high accuracy.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.
