Role Summary

A Senior UI/UX Designer is needed to join our part-time team with a potential opportunity to transition to full-time. The ideal candidate will contribute to defining user experiences and visual identities of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a skilled designer who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into impactful designs.
  • The successful candidate will design and prototype user interfaces for web applications, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and product goals.
  • Conduct UX research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
  • Conceptualize and create wireframes, user flows, mockups and high-fidelity designs that prioritize accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with UI/UX design trends and best practices, particularly leveraging AI to enhance products.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of the designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, including user research and an understanding of design processes.
  • Proficiency in using Figma and managing design systems.
  • A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to communicate effectively with developers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English, as we operate as a remote international team.
  • A strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
