Healthcare UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our healthcare products.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design handoff and accurate implementation.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and user personas.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and tools to continually raise the design quality bar.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for web applications.
  • Experience creating responsive, mobile-first designs and working with design systems.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design patterns.
