Deliverability Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Deliverability Specialist to join our team. As a Deliverability Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of emails to our customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to research and solve delivery and deliverability challenges for our users. You will also assist them with blocklists, spam traps, and issues with ISPs. Additionally, you will help our users produce schedules for email warmup and monitor their progress.

You will also be responsible for monitoring user email metrics and helping improve their sending reputations. To succeed in this role, you should have at least one year of experience in a customer-facing team. You should also be familiar with 3rd party email deliverability tools and have a basic understanding of authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. An understanding of global privacy and anti-spam laws is also essential.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in a customer-facing team
  • Familiarity with 3rd party email deliverability tools (Mailgun, MXToolbox, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Understanding of global privacy and anti-spam laws (GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
