Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop user-centered design strategies that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
  • Execute projects with high attention to detail, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless delivery of digital products.
  • Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance personal and team expertise.
  • Contribute to the consistency, quality, and innovation within UX/UI design across projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in a reputable creative agency or technology company.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects, such as website design, app design, and interactive media.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and InVision, as well as basic understanding of coding languages like HTML and CSS.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, usability testing, user research methods, and accessibility standards.
