Client Training Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Training Specialist to lead our training initiatives for clients and internal teams. This is a key role that will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new businesses, equipping team members with the necessary knowledge and skills, and continuously improving our training programs.

  • This position will involve leading training sessions on AI-enabled systems and tools, providing clear and practical guidance on their effective use. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of AI and its application in business operations.
About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading training on AI-enabled systems and tools, providing clear and practical guidance on their effective use. Join initial client training sessions to learn about their processes.
  • Conducting training sessions for all incoming new businesses during the implementation phase.
  • Training client teams on an ongoing basis as needed for expansion, process updates, or team transitions.
  • Developing and executing structured training plans tailored to client needs and internal processes.
  • Assessing training effectiveness through post-training evaluations and feedback collection.
  • Developing training materials, including job aids, user guides, and facilitator materials, tailored to client-specific workflows.
  • Utilizing various learning methodologies and tools to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
  • Standardizing training documentation and knowledge transfer processes to ensure consistency across client engagements.
  • Assisting in creating and analyzing training performance data.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Training skills: You will need to be able to speak in a friendly way to deliver accurate and clear content, listening to people's needs and helping communicate options for them.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems and other relevant e-learning tools.
  • A foundational understanding of AI and its application in business operations.
  • Experience with AI enabled platforms (e.g. CRMs, data analysis tools) and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • A flexible curious mindset, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and integrate them into existing workflows.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent skills in both written and verbal communication.
