• Key Responsibilities:
  • Carries out all export/import activities to contribute to the achievement of individual and team KPIs.
  • Adheres to process and account SOPs and IOPs during daily operations.
  • Responds to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner (via email) and escalates difficulties per SOPs/IOPs.
  • Improves standard procedures while processing export/import documents to meet end customer requirements.
  • Is empowered to suggest changes to operating processes based on experience.
  • Qualifications:
    • Willing to work in a mid-shift schedule and hybrid setup.
    • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, BPO, or Shipping (Voice or Non-voice).
    • Can communicate in English and French.
    • Basic knowledge of Excel and Salesforce (case management).
    • High analytical skills, ownership, and multi-tasking.
  Process Expert - Spanish
  • Key Responsibilities:

    SENIOR COLLECTOR SPECIALIST - PORTUGUESE
    • Key responsibilities:
      • Initiates and receives business-to-business collection calls.
      • Reviews open invoices to understand why they are not yet paid and takes necessary steps to settle promptly.
      • Informs customers of actions and strategies for debt repayment.
      • Locates and monitors overdue accounts using computers and automated systems.
      • Manages assigned portfolio through relationship building with internal and external partners and applies problem-solving skills.
      • Collaborates with Credit Analyst, Collection Analyst, and Sales on new applications, renewals, and revocation of credit facilities.
      • Communicates collection results/issues with Team Lead or Collection Manager; participates in conference calls with Sales and Customers.
      • Logs transactions in AR tools (e.g., SAP) to perform collections.
      • Qualifications:
        • Bachelor's degree in any business-related field.
        • At least 2 years of experience in direct customer contact (Customer Service or Collections).
        • Excellent negotiation skills and a win-win attitude.
        • Highly developed communication skills in English and Portuguese.
