Vehicle Sales Lead Job

Lalamove Automotive, a trusted partner in driving limitless possibilities, offers vehicle financing and rental options to interested operators and drivers. The goal is to help them acquire a delivery vehicle.

This role drives sales performance by leading a team of Sales Officers and delivering an exceptional customer experience at the dealership.

  • Lead daily operations across the vehicle sales team, ensuring smooth logistics, inventory flow, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with each team member to set, track, and achieve individual performance targets, aligning with overall sales objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement coaching or corrective actions to support team members in reaching their goals.
  • BUILD strong relationships with customers and dealer partners, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, promotions, and competitor activity.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a proven record of success in driving teams to meet individual and collective goals.
  • Familiarity with vehicle sales processes, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team management.
