Vehicle Sales Lead

The primary function of a Vehicle Sales Lead is to drive sales performance, lead a team of Sales Officers, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include leading daily operations across the vehicle sales team, ensuring smooth logistics, inventory flow, and quality control. Team members are expected to set, track, and achieve individual performance targets, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals.

Performance metrics will be monitored and coaching or corrective actions will be implemented to support team members in reaching their goals.

Building strong customer relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction is essential for success in this role.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, promotions, and competitor activity is also crucial.

We seek an experienced and motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in automotive sales (3+ years preferred) is required.

Strong leadership and motivational skills, with proven success in driving teams to meet individual and collective goals, are necessary for this role. Familiarity with vehicle sales processes, inventory control, and logistics is essential.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team management are necessary for this role. Willingness to work onsite in a dynamic environment is also required.
