Project Coordinator Role

RemoteVA is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to manage and streamline electric vehicle charger installation projects. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure timely project delivery and seamless collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tasks on schedule
  • Serve as the primary liaison with utility companies and municipal permitting departments
  • Track permits, applications, and approvals, escalating delays when necessary
  • Prepare and review project documentation
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables in project management tools
  • Verify installation readiness, including utility upgrades, permits, and material availability
  • Provide technical input leveraging electrical knowledge to collaborate with engineers and inspectors
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination/management within electrical, construction, or utility sectors
  • Strong familiarity with electrical systems and ability to interpret one-line diagrams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project management software is a plus
Work Arrangements

Full-time | Monday to Friday

9 AM – 5 PM EST

100% Remote
