Role Overview

The Virtual Sales Professional plays a pivotal role in engaging clients to present product solutions that align with growth objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients to present relevant product solutions through sales programs, engagements, virtual meetings or online appointments based on client needs
  • Process account openings for straight-through Virtual Account Opening (VAO) fallouts, ensuring all KYC and documentary requirements are complete and properly safekept or stored
  • Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk clients as required, ensuring appropriate risk assessments are performed
  • Endorse applications to appropriate business units for processing, and closely monitor and provide regular updates on clients' account opening or product application
  • Promote the enrollment and active usage of digital channels and platforms, enhancing client convenience and engagement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Knowledge of sales management processes, policies, and procedures
  • Familiarity with bank products and services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Cross-selling and customer service skills
  • Probing and spotting opportunities
  • High level of integrity, reliability, accountability, good work ethics, and positive attitude and behavior
