Strategic Transformation Executive

The ideal candidate will lead strategic transformation initiatives, overseeing large-scale projects that optimize processes, integrate new technologies, and improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and execute process improvement initiatives, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

They will oversee the adoption of digital technologies, automation, and data-driven decision-making to enhance operational capabilities.

Utilizing data analysis and business intelligence, they will drive informed decision-making, identify trends, and measure transformation success.

  • Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business transformation strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and execute process improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the adoption of digital technologies, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Utilize data analysis and business intelligence to drive informed decision-making.

Required qualifications include a degree in Business or related field, 10+ years of experience in business transformation, and expertise in change management methodologies.

Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) or Agile methodologies is an advantage.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills are essential for this role.
