Summary of the Role:

We are seeking a Systems Administrator – IT to manage and support our business-critical systems in a fast-paced F&B environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ERP administration, and LS Retail POS, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as System Administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, overseeing setup, configuration, user roles, and security access.
  • Manage and maintain the User Approval Matrix, ensuring alignment with organizational structures and policies.
  • Provide timely and effective technical support and troubleshooting across hardware, software, network, and application layers.
  • Maintain and monitor ERP system performance, data integrity, and user support.
  • Administer and support LS Retail POS systems used in all branches or outlets.
  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and reporting related to IT systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, HR) to support business requirements.
  • Assist in implementing system upgrades, enhancements, and new technology rollouts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as a System Administrator, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Business Central (as a System Admin).
  • Familiarity with LS Retail POS and general ERP systems.
  • Solid knowledge of system security, user access controls, and data protection best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to business needs with a sense of urgency.
