Public Safety Mutual Benefit Fund, Inc. (PSMBFI) seeks an experienced administrator to fill the position of Public Safety Mutual Benefit Fund Administrator.

Chief Responsibilities

  1. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the Central Records department's day-to-day operations, including document scanning and upload processes.
  2. You will oversee the entire communication system, ensuring all necessary documents and parcels are delivered and mailed promptly to both internal and external departments.
  3. Accurate record-keeping is crucial; you will monitor the timely payment of company utility bills to avoid any potential service disruptions.
  4. You will carefully evaluate requests for revolving fund replenishments from Regional Offices before initiating the replenishment process.
  5. As a senior administrator, you will oversee the daily activities of staff under your supervision, establish clear goals, and closely monitor their performance.
  6. Evaluation and improvement of current administrative policies and procedures are vital to maintaining operational efficiency.
  7. You will ensure adequate staffing levels within your assigned section, provide regular evaluations and guidance to team members, and encourage professional growth.
  8. You will prepare, distribute, and submit inter-office communications, reports, and other documents as required.
  9. You will adhere to the terms and guidelines outlined in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations Manual.
