Central Records Management Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures that all documents forwarded to Central Records are scanned (backlog and day forward), uploaded to server and made ready for access by concerned departments.
- Oversees and ensures efficiency of the centralized communication system including timely delivery/mailing of all documents and parcels to concerned department/offices (both internal and external).
- Monitors timely payment of various company utility billings to avoid disruption of services.
- Verifies requests for replenishment of revolving fund submitted by Regional Offices prior to processing.
- Oversees daily work and activity of staff.
- Evaluates existing administrative or operational policies, practices and techniques on assigned section and recommends improvements.
- Maintains manpower in the assigned section. Sets performance goals, monitors team productivity, and provides performance evaluations and constructive feedback to subordinates.
- Checks and prepares inter-office memoranda, communications and reports related to assigned section, and departmental Monthly Accomplishment and Committee reports.
- Performs tasks as provided for in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations Manual.
- Performs other related functions as directed by superior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any business related course.
- Preferably with MBA or related post-graduate degree.
- At least 3 years of related experience involving practice of basic financial concepts.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical, composition, prioritizing, and people-management skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
