- This position at Public Safety Mutual Benefit Fund, Inc. (PSMBFI) requires an experienced Records Management Operations Manager to oversee the effective management of records and documents within Central Records.
Main Responsibilities
- The chosen candidate will guarantee that all documents sent to Central Records are thoroughly scanned, uploaded, and accessible to concerned departments.
- You will oversee the central communication system, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery and mailing of documents and packages to both internal and external departments.
- Maintaining precise records is vital; you will ensure timely payments for company utility bills to prevent disruptions.
- You will review and validate requests for revolving fund replenishments from Regional Offices before processing.
- As a team leader, you will oversee the daily work and activities of staff, establishing performance targets and monitoring team output.
- Evaluating existing operational policies and recommending enhancements is crucial to improving efficiency.
- You will maintain the optimal number of staff in your assigned area, conduct performance assessments, and provide constructive feedback to subordinates.
- You will prepare and send inter-office memoranda, reports, and other communications related to assigned areas.
- You will carry out tasks specified in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations Manual.
