About the Role
- This Administrative Coordinator Specialist position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Central Records department at Public Safety Mutual Benefit Fund, Inc. (PSMBFI).
Primary Responsibilities
- The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the scanning, uploading, and accessibility of documents within Central Records.
- You will oversee the efficient functioning of our centralized communication system, guaranteeing timely deliveries and mailings to relevant parties.
- Achieving accurate record-keeping requires meticulous attention to detail; you will ensure timely payments for various company utility bills to prevent disruptions.
- You will scrutinize requests for revolving fund replenishments from Regional Offices prior to processing.
- In this leadership capacity, you will oversee daily activities, set performance objectives, and monitor team productivity.
- Continuously evaluating and improving administrative procedures will be essential to enhancing our operations.
- You will be responsible for maintaining staffing levels in your assigned area, conducting performance evaluations, and offering constructive feedback to team members.
- Creating inter-office correspondence, reports, and other materials will be an integral part of your duties.
- You will execute tasks outlined in our updated PSMBFI Operations Manual.
