Strategic Product Leadership Role

This is a high-impact opportunity for an accomplished Product Manager to spearhead innovation in global education access.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with the CEO to oversee day-to-day product workstreams, sprints, launches, and bug fixes, while shaping our product roadmap.

  • Agile Workflow Management: Organise, run, and monitor daily product workstreams and agile sprints; ensure timely delivery of features, improvements, and fixes; collaborate with engineering and design to manage timelines and remove blockers.
  • Quality Assurance: Partner with the CEO to ensure quality standards across product releases; lead testing cycles and QA processes; prioritise bugs and coordinate resolution with development.
  • Product Roadmap Strategy: Define, prioritise, and maintain the product roadmap; translate strategic goals into executable development plans; provide realistic delivery estimates and ensure roadmap alignment with capacity.
  • Team Capacity Management: Oversee and support the Manila-based team; track and manage workflows, resourcing, and output; act as a communication bridge between the CEO and delivery teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across design, product, tech, and operations to ensure alignment; lead stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives; communicate status, risks, and progress.
  • Performance Analytics: Track sprint metrics and performance indicators; provide reports to leadership; use data to inform planning and prioritisation decisions.

Key Responsibilities include Agile Workflow Management, Quality Assurance, Product Roadmap Strategy, Team Capacity Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Performance Analytics, Experience in product management, project delivery or related roles within SaaS, tech, education or similar sectors, Strong organisational and planning skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight, Cultural sensitivity comfortable working with culturally diverse teams.
