">- Job Description: We are seeking a Software Innovation Leader to join our team. As a Software Innovation Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of software engineers working remotely in global locations. You will be expected to hire, coach, mentor, provide feedback, and engage in hands-on career development with your team members.
- Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have a solid background in software development, knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies, and experience in administrating Linux servers, including their storage and networking.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of software engineers working remotely in global locations.
- Hire, coach, mentor, provide feedback, and engage in hands-on career development with your team members.
- Plan and manage progress on agreed goals and projects.
- Set and manage expectations with other engineering and operations teams.
- Coordinate with management and internal and external stakeholders or customers.
- Advocate for modern, agile software development practices.
- Help develop and evangelize great engineering and organizational practices.
