GTM Systems Consultant
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned GTM expert to drive our clients' technology infrastructure forward. As a Fractional GTM Systems Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with leadership to understand business goals and developing actionable implementation plans.
Your expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) configuration, optimization, and administration will be crucial in architecting and configuring the platform to align with client-specific Go-To-Market (GTM) processes. You will also implement and manage key integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, and CPQ platforms.
A key aspect of this role is analyzing existing GTM processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing streamlined, scalable workflows. You will create and maintain detailed technical documentation, process maps, and training materials to support user adoption.
In addition, you will establish Salesforce as a single source of truth for revenue data across the GTM tech stack and build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role.
- Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud) configuration, optimization, and administration.
- Familiarity with related tools and integrations such as HubSpot, Marketo, Clari, CPQ systems, and data enrichment platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/reporting tools.
This is a fractional, remote opportunity that requires strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of revenue operations. As a trusted advisor, you will offer guidance on system governance, best practices, and change management.
