The role of a Marketing Coordinator at our company is a hands-on opportunity for someone with 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination to support the execution of ongoing marketing initiatives and contribute to a 6-week website rebuild project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy, including coordinating and executing campaigns, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Draft and schedule content for LinkedIn and electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating website content, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, utilizing strong organizational skills and attention to detail to drive results.
