Key Business Solutions Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled solutions expert to join our team. As a key member of our APJ team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and aligned solutions that meet the needs of our enterprise clients.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for growth and innovation through upskilling and workforce transformation. You will develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing our capabilities.

You will also collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success. Your expertise will be essential in shaping how we approach solution design across the region, helping clients unlock the full potential of our platform through thoughtful architecture and consultative guidance.

Required Skills:
  • Solution Selling Abilities: Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • SaaS Architecture: Solid understanding of cloud platforms and ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Presentation Skills: Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) and Learning & Development (L&D) solutions, as well as integration methods (APIs, SSO, data feeds).
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Documentation Skills: Experience in technical documentation and solution design.
  • Data Security: Understanding of data security and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Clients Consultation: Provide strategic business and technical guidance on implementing our solutions.
  • Integration Support: Offer expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.
  • Sales Support: Support Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.
  • Demonstrations: Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing our capabilities.
  • Business Opportunities: Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities, offering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Use Cases: Assist in creating use cases, statements of work, and RFP responses.
  • Client Success: Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success.
  • System Assessments: Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements for existing systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Background: Pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture experience.
  • Cloud Computing: Solid experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols.
  • Client Engagement: Experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions.
  • HCM/L&D: Prior experience in HCM or L&D solutions is a plus.
