Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Crypto Support Specialist to join our team.

This role involves providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, meeting team KPIs, and maintaining working knowledge of our client's products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective customer support via various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with developers and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Native Dutch and English B2 communication skills.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
  • Personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain is a must.
