We are seeking a dedicated IT professional to lead our company's infrastructure and systems operations. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall performance and reliability of our IT infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities
  • Administer cloud systems on AWS and Google Cloud, with expertise in multi-cloud infrastructure
  • Monitor and maintain networks and servers to ensure optimal performance
  • Create and implement alerting and monitoring systems for logs and events
  • Develop tools to mitigate weaknesses in incident management and software delivery
  • Troubleshoot Support Escalation requests and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Upgrade, install, and configure new hardware and software to meet business objectives
  • Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats and vulnerabilities
  • Manage user access and perform access control
  • Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize system performance
  • Document processes and procedures, as well as back up and archive data
  • Develop data retrieval and recovery procedures to minimize downtime
  • Design and implement efficient feedback and error reporting systems for end-users
  • Supervise and mentor IT department employees, providing technical guidance and support
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements and best practices in IT administration

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Applicable professional certification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
