Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven, strategic Business Development Executive with a proven track record of success in outbound sales, client acquisition, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the U.S. market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless sales pipeline.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling, lead generation, and outreach efforts to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on progress.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing U.S. clients to foster long-term business growth.
  • Ensure customer relationship management (CRM) systems are updated and accurate, with a focus on activity tracking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Recent experience working with U.S.-based clients and knowledge of U.S. business culture and communication.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • Ability to provide suggestions for CRM optimization and recommend effective tools or processes to improve business development effectiveness.
  • Available to work full-time on an Eastern Standard Time schedule.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
