We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to drive business growth and maximize revenues on assigned customers.
- Develop strong, long-lasting customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customers' organizations.
- Act as the main point of contact within the organization for your customers, providing exceptional support and guidance.
- Build sector and market expertise, taking a consultative approach to gain a clear understanding of the customers' business drivers and requirements.
- Continual monitoring of client feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the relevant departments.
- Previous B2B iGaming experience is essential, ideally in an account management or casino management role.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Ideal location is the UK or Gibraltar.
- A self-starter with highly developed social and communication skills, motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills are required to handle difficult clients and pressure.
- Able to think proactively and resolve problems effectively.
- Capable of coping with a rapidly changing environment and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
