Key Responsibilities- Work with our Business Development team to create high-quality proposals that meet client requirements
- Assist in formatting, proofreading, and preparing standard and complex proposals, including client presentations and legal clauses
- Manage requests for proposals, coordinating with stakeholders and proposal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Develop and use pricing engine tools to generate fees and scope of work for proposals
- Ensure all proposal submissions and client presentations adhere to our corporate marketing standards
- Update and maintain proposal templates based on Citco branding guidelines
- Document all proposals handled by the team using task trackers and shared drives
- Apply feedback from proposal review sessions to improve our processes
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Finance; additional education or experience in law and legal services is an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience working in a similar environment or drafting/writing materials for sales or marketing purposes
- Ability to learn and adapt to new proposal structures and formats
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Publisher), SharePoint
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical thinker with commercial acumen
