Corporate Solutions Specialist – Group Life

We're looking for a Relationship Manager to grow Insular Life's Group Benefits portfolio through our Bancassurance and Agency channels. You'll be the connector between corporate clients, bank partners, agency leaders, and our internal teams—shaping solutions that protect employees and strengthen organizations.



What you'll do
  • Own partner relationships: Build trust with bank branch teams, relationship managers, and agency leaders to drive qualified group opportunities.
  • Solutioning & proposals: Turn client needs (census, benefit design, budget) into compelling proposals and benefit illustrations for GTL, GHIP, CGP, CGAP, and CGL.
  • Renewals & retention: Run annual reviews, monitor claims experience, and recommend right-sizing of benefits and pricing to keep accounts healthy.
  • Deal orchestration: Coordinate underwriting, pricing, policy issuance, onboarding, and endorsements—end-to-end, on time.
  • Client onboarding & education: Facilitate orientations for HR/Finance; ensure clean enrollment, timely billing, and clear claims processes.
  • Pipeline & reporting: Maintain partner pipelines, branch activation plans, and weekly forecasts; keep CRM/trackers accurate and up to date.
  • Market intelligence: Spot opportunities in industries, associations, cooperatives, and SMEs; share feedback to improve propositions and service.
  • Governance & compliance: Align with internal guidelines and Insurance Commission rules in proposals, documents, and communications.

What you'll bring
  • 2–5 years in group insurance, bancassurance, corporate benefits, HMO/EB, or B2B financial services (client-facing).
  • Strong relationship skills—comfortable engaging bank branches, agency leaders, and corporate HR/Finance stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of group benefits mechanics (eligibility, enrollments, billing, claims coordination, renewals).
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal), presentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with follow-through.
  • Comfortable traveling to bank branches/agency offices within assigned territory.

Nice to have: Experience with SME accounts, or benefits program rollouts; basic data skills (Excel/Sheets for census, rates, and utilization).
