About Us

We are a compliance and regulatory consulting firm seeking an entry-level professional to join our team as a Compliance Associate. This role will involve assisting clients in navigating complex compliance obligations, contributing to engagements in AML, Data Privacy, SOX Compliance Reviews, and Risk Model Validation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate internal control systems and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Conduct independent compliance testing and provide valuable recommendations.
  • Analyze financial and operational data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to provide actionable insights for clients.
  • Collaborate on risk management projects, assisting clients in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in their operations.
  • Contribute to regulatory compliance initiatives by staying up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team setting.
  • Solid grasp of audit, compliance, and risk management principles.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry best practices related to audit and risk management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
