Job Title: Compliance Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Associate to join our team. As a Compliance Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization adheres to regulatory standards and maintains a strong compliance program.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Monitor and track regulatory changes that impact our organization, and assist in maintaining an updated repository of these changes.">
  • Communicate regulatory updates and changes to relevant teams and departments in a timely and clear manner.">
  • Work closely with the Compliance Officer to ensure that regulatory changes are reflected in organizational policies and procedures.">
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely compliance reports to be submitted to regulatory authorities and other relevant stakeholders.">
  • Track reporting deadlines and ensure all submissions are made on time.">
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data and information for regulatory reports.">
  • Assist in conducting compliance testing by gathering data, preparing documentation, and following up on any identified gaps or deficiencies.">
  • Support the Compliance Supervisor in ensuring corrective actions are implemented following compliance tests to maintain adherence to regulatory standards.">
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Chief Legal, Risk and Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager to support the department's objectives.">
