Compliance Management Expert

As a Compliance Management Expert, you will serve as the primary point of contact for compliance matters in assigned locations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and delivering contractual requirements for all compliance and regulatory matters.

Key tasks and objectives:

  • Monitor and deliver contractual requirements for all compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidance provided by stakeholders.
  • Manage change control processes to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure SOP compliance.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on compliance risk management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of combined audit experience in compliance and risk management practices.
  • Project management or similar experience.

You will be working closely with Operations and Support groups to remediate compliance performance issues and manage special tasks/projects. As a Compliance SME/oversight, you will collaborate on creating and managing policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.

This role requires strong analytical skills to identify areas of concern impacting programs, sites, agents, etc. You will provide advice, subject matter expertise, and appropriate solutions for compliance risk regarding new client business or proposed site expansions.
