Corporate Governance and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Governance and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compliance function, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of our corporate governance framework.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the corporate governance framework to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corporate governance policies and practices, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
  • Ensure the organization's corporate governance practices align with regulatory expectations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. CORPORATE GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORK: Develop, implement, and maintain the corporate governance framework to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.
  2. MONITORING AND EVALUATION: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corporate governance policies and practices, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
  3. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: Ensure the organization's corporate governance practices align with regulatory expectations and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience in corporate governance and regulatory compliance within the financial sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance principles, regulatory compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
