Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. This role is responsible for providing technical assistance to employees worldwide during the night shift hours.
About the Role:
- This position involves handling technical queries from global employees via ticketing system, email, and chat platforms.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving basic technical issues related to Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar), Active Directory, Okta, GTM applications like Salesforce, and other company-standard software.
- This role requires the ability to set up conferencing tools such as Zoom and Google Meet for users.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2+ years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support roles.
- Familiarity with macOS and Windows operating systems, along with basic troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using remote support tools, such as TeamViewer, and knowledge of enterprise IT tools and platforms.
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi) is essential for this role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night shift.
