
Sales Growth Strategist

This is a senior-level position that plays a key role in driving customer success and growth within our organization. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers maximize the value from our solution and achieve their business goals.
Our ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop strategic plans to address them.
The successful candidate will have experience managing complex customer portfolios, developing and executing account strategies, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, ensuring they maximize the impact and value of our solution.
- Onboarding: Onboard new customers, ensuring a seamless integration of our solution into their sales processes.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain multi-threaded relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of their business goals and a tailored approach to meet their needs.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct regular customer check-ins to share outcomes, address issues, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer usage metrics to identify features that might provide value and proactively lead upsell conversations.
- Problem Solving: Monitor customer health metrics and develop proactive plans to address areas of concern.
